Sweet Fire Porterhouse Pork Chops

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended; rub onto chops.
  2. Place in single layer in shallow pan.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce and sugar until blended.
  5. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  6. Grill chops 6 to 7 min.
  7. on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
