Black Bean Brownies
- 1 can black beans (15oz)
- 2 xl eggs
- 1/2 cup ground Hershey chocolate
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground coffee
- 1 cup chopped nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or etc. (optional)
- 1 powdered sugar for topping (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Rinse and drain can of black beans.
- Use a blender or food processor to combine black beans, eggs, chocolate, brown sugar, almond milk, balsamic vinegar, coconut oil, baking powder, baking soda, and coffee into a puree.
- (Optional) Fold in chopped nuts, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or etc.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- (Optional) Sprinkle or sift powdered sugar on top.
- I didn't have a sifter so I just sprinkled it on top.
