Caramel Dip For Apples Recipe

• 1 pkt (14 ounce) caramels
• 1/2 c. Half and half
• 4 ounce Cream cheese

1. Unwrap carmels; place with half and half in double boiler or possibly microwaveable bowl.
2. using a microwave at 50 percent power, stir often till melted.
3. Using a souble boiler, cook over simmering heat, stirring often till melted.
4. Let caramel cold.
5. Using a whisk or possibly electric mixer, beat cream cheese into caramel mix.
6. Serve with apple slices or possibly sugar cookies.
