Avocado and mango salsa!
- 1 mango, de-stoned and diced
- 1 hass avocado, de-stoned and diced
- 1 (or more to your liking) whole red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 yellow or favourite bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch (to your taste) fresh corriander, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 small lime, juiced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine mango, pepper, chilli, avocado, tomatoes, corriander and onion.
- Add, salt, oil, garlic and lime juice.
- Using a spoon, combine all ingredients well.
- Cover and leave in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
