Rainy Day Steak

• 1 cup chunky salsa
• 12 cup ketchup
• 14 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 4 sirloin steaks (We like Petite Sirloin)

1. In large ziploc bag, combine salsa, ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard; mix well.
2. Add the steaks; turn to coat the steaks.
3. Marinade in refrigerate for 2- 3 hours.
4. Turning occasionally.
5. Preheat broiler.
6. Cover pan with aluminum foil and then spray the foil.
7. Place steaks on pan, discarding marinade.
8. Broil for 6- 8 minutes per side for medium rare or til your liking.
