Pork Chop, Rice And Mushroom Casserole Recipe

  1. Brown chops in Crisco.
  2. Put rice in 9x13 inch dish.
  3. Save 1 Tbsp.
  4. of onion soup mix and sprinkle remainder over rice.
  5. Add in mushrooms and water.
  6. Place browned pork chops on top of rice mix and sprinkle chops with the remaining soup mix.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops.
  8. Remove cover and bake 10 more min or until extra liquid is gone.
