yummy pork chops
- 6 boneless pork chops
- 6 slice swiss cheese
- 1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 box stove top stuffing ( I use plain but any kind will work)
- preheat oven to 350
- place thawed chops in the baking dish
- put one slice of cheese on top of each chop
- spoon cream of mushroom onto top of each chop
- sprinkle stuffing on each chop
- bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on thickness
- serve with veggies and fruit or mashed potatoes and use the extra sauce for gravy
