Keema Curry for Birthdays
- 1 clove Garlic
- 10 grams Ginger
- 200 grams Mixed ground beef and pork
- 1 large Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 75 grams Japanese curry roux
- 300 ml Water
- 1 Turmeric or parsley seasoned rice
- 1 Carrots, bell peppers, kabocha squash, tomatoes, bitter gourd, daikon radish, jam, cheese, imitation crab
- In a pot, heat oil and saute the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant over low heat.
- Saute the ground meat.
- Once it turns color, add onions, carrots (minced), and curry powder to saute together.
- Add water and once it comes to a boil, add curry roux and let it come to a boil.
- Plate the curry, center molded rice in two layers like a cake, and decorate with boiled vegetable cut outs.
