Keema Curry for Birthdays

  1. In a pot, heat oil and saute the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant over low heat.
  2. Saute the ground meat.
  3. Once it turns color, add onions, carrots (minced), and curry powder to saute together.
  4. Add water and once it comes to a boil, add curry roux and let it come to a boil.
  5. Plate the curry, center molded rice in two layers like a cake, and decorate with boiled vegetable cut outs.
