Never been Better Rice Pudding
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 12 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 12 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 12 cup Coffee-Mate cinnamon vanilla liquid creamer
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup raisins
- whipped cream, on top if desired (optional)
- Place rice in bowl, and add all ingredients, and stir to mix.
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake for about 50 minutes in a 350F oven.
