Balsamic Grilled Veggies

  1. Slice all veggies into large slices, put into a large bowl.
  2. Toss liberally with balsamic dressing.
  3. Transfer veggies to the grill basket (or you could use aluminum foil packets).
  4. Grill over medium heat to desired doneness (10-15 minutes for slightly al dente veggies).
