Nagaimo Yam and Tofu Bake
- 200 grams Nagaimo yam
- 200 grams Silken tofu
- 1 (to taste), but i recommend lots Pizza cheese
- 2 tbsp Shiro-dashi
- 2 tbsp plus Low fat Mayonnaise
- Grate the nagaimo yam into a bowl and add the tofu chopped into large bite-size pieces.
- Add shiro-dashi and mayonnaise and mix.
- Try not to break up the tofu too much.
- Put the mixture from Step 1 into a heatproof dish, sprinkle cheese on top and bake in an oven preheated to 355 degrees F/180 degrees C (on the top rack).
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
