All-Purpose Dressing Crispy Stir-Fry Pork In a Fragrant Sauce
- 200 grams Pork (anything such as pork bits or pork belly)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Vegetables you like
- 10 cm Japanese Leek (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 clove Ginger (minced)
- 1 (If desired) Crushed peanuts or Cashews (optional)
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 all of it All of the side from the cashews
- 2 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp of each Doubanjiang, ra-yu
- Mix either all of for sauce 1 or all of for sauce 2 beforehand.
- Whether or not you add in the cashews to sauce 1 is up to you.
- Arrange your favorite vegetable onto a plate.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper, and coat in katakuriko.
- Heat up a generous amount of oil in a frying pan, and fry until crispy on both sides.
- After it has become crispy, get rid of the grease with a paper towel.
- Pile the pork on top of the vegetables, top with the sauce, and it is done.
