Easy Pork-Wrapped Asparagus

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to remove any tough outer fibers of the asparagus, then microwave in a silicon steamer for 1 minute.
  2. Spread out the pork slices, and season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll the asparagus in the pork and dust with katakuriko.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and place the wraps inside, sealed edge facing down, and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Drizzle the mentsuyu over the top and it's done.
  6. Looks tasty, doesn't it?
