Easy Pork-Wrapped Asparagus
- 2 stick Asparagus
- 3 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 1/8 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1/4 tsp Katakuriko
- 1/2 tsp Kombu-based mentsuyu
- Use a vegetable peeler to remove any tough outer fibers of the asparagus, then microwave in a silicon steamer for 1 minute.
- Spread out the pork slices, and season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
- Roll the asparagus in the pork and dust with katakuriko.
- Heat a non-stick pan and place the wraps inside, sealed edge facing down, and cook until browned on all sides.
- Drizzle the mentsuyu over the top and it's done.
- Looks tasty, doesn't it?
