Cod Baked in Sour Cream

  1. Saute shallots, then saute mushrooms.
  2. Remove from heat, add dill and parsley, reserve.
  3. Rinse fish, pat dry and dust with seasoned flour.
  4. Arrange 1/2 mushrooms on bottom of buttered baking dish, cover with fish and top with mushrooms.
  5. Sprinkle on grated cheese; spoon on sour cream.
  6. Top with bread crumbs, dot with butter.
  7. Bake in 375F (190C).
  8. oven for 20 minutes.
