Breakfast Shake (Alias Kp's Breakfast On The Run!) Recipe

  1. Tofu makes it frothy and thick.
  2. Place all ingredients in blender.
  3. Blend for 1 minute or possibly till frothy.
  4. It's a great "breakfast-on-the-run".
  5. Try using 1/3 c. lowfat milk and 2/3 c. orange juice with plain yogurt.
  6. Or possibly substitute a raw egg for the yogurt.
  7. (Either supply you with the protein you need to start the day.)
  8. Add in a whole grain muffin (carbohydrates) to keep you going well past lunch time.
