Sunshine's cranberry sauce
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 packages 12.oz fresh cranberrys
- 1/4 cup cold tap water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 packages knox original gelatine unflavored
- In a medium pot , add water , lemon juice , sugar and cranberries , mix and bring to a soft boil , cook for 8 to 10 minutes , stirring till time is up , set to side
- Now mix the lemon juice, cold tap water and gelatine together in a small bowl or cup .
- let set a minute .
- Add gelatine mix to cranberries mix .now put the cranberry sauce in a container to mole.
- ( I used a empty sour cream container)
- Let cool for a hour , placing it into the refrigerator overnight or for 12 hours .done enjoy it
