Evaporated Milk for Ice Cream
- 1 cup evaporated milk -- tall can
- 1 packages Kool Aid -- any kind
- 1 cup sugar
- Chill evaporated milk in ice cube trays or large mixing bowl until frozen around edges of milk.
- Chill beaters.
- Put ice cold evaporated milk in chilled mixing bowl.
- Whip at high speed until fluffy.
- Add and whip until stiff sugar and Kool Aid.
- Pour into ice cube trays or 1 quart tray.
- Freeze until firm about 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve.
