Evaporated Milk for Ice Cream

  1. Chill evaporated milk in ice cube trays or large mixing bowl until frozen around edges of milk.
  2. Chill beaters.
  3. Put ice cold evaporated milk in chilled mixing bowl.
  4. Whip at high speed until fluffy.
  5. Add and whip until stiff sugar and Kool Aid.
  6. Pour into ice cube trays or 1 quart tray.
  7. Freeze until firm about 3 to 4 hours.
  8. Serve.
