Pate Bites and Herb Brie Board

  1. Spread toasted bread lightly with mustard.
  2. Arrange pate in thin layer on top of mustard.
  3. Top with chopped onions and capers.
  4. Cut each slice of bread into quarters.
  5. Arrange on a cheese board with a wedge of brie at room temperature, cornichons, crackers, grapes.
