Crock Pot Meatloaf
- 4 large potatoes
- 6 sliced carrots
- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 34 cup cracker crumb
- 13 cup ketchup
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- Place carrots and potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker Combine remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and shape into a loaf.
- Place the loaf on top of the vegetables, it should not touch the sides.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours Can make loaf ahead and freeze, will cook just as well if put into cooker frozen, just cook 10 to 12 hours.
