Butterscotch confetti
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 pkg. butterscotch chips
- 1 package mini coloured mashmallows
- In a medium saucepan, melt together the butter and peanut butter over low heat and stir until smooth.
- Once mixture is smooth, remove from heat and add butterscotch chips.
- Stir until chips are melted.
- Place marshmallows into large bowl.
- Pour mixture over marshmallows and stir until they are completely covered.
- You will want to make sure that your peanut butter mix isn't too hot or it will melt your marshamllows.
- It will still taste good, but it won't look as pretty!
- Grease an 8 x 8 pan and pour bowl contents into the pan.
- Press down lightly on the mix into the pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night, then cut into squares.
- Enjoy!
