Grilled Turkey Breast

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cider vinegar, garlic, ground mustard, honey, brown sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Slowly whisk in the olive oil to thoroughly combine.
  3. Place the turkey cutlets in a shallow dish and pour the liquid over top.
  4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. (For best results,marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

  7. Preheat the grill or oven broiler.
  8. Place the breasts directly on the grill, or on a roasting rack beneath the broiler.
  9. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is fully done.
  10. Turn the breasts frequently to prevent burning.
