Mutton Rogan Josh

  1. Wash Mutton pieces n marinate with all ingredients except Bay leaf and ghee.. Keep for 2 hours.
  2. Now take a heavy bottom saucepan.
  3. Heat ghee or oil.
  4. Add Bay leaf.
  5. Fry for two minutes.
  6. Now add marinated Mutton.
  7. Cook in low flame.
  8. Stir occasionally.
  9. Cook till Meat left it's bones and release oil.
  10. Now add two cups water.
  11. Now in high flame.
  12. When it's starts to boil.
  13. Do flame low.
  14. Check it Mutton is soft now.
  15. It's done.
  16. Serve with steamed rice or Indian flat bread.
