Egg Drop Soup Recipe

  1. Prepare chicken broth and boil.
  2. Separate chicken from bones and add in back to soup base.
  3. Mix Large eggs and flour together; set aside.
  4. Add in remaining ingredients to base.
  5. Drop egg mix into soup one spoonful at a time.
  6. Cover, cook for 5 min.
  7. Serve with sprinkled parsley flakes.
