Asian Pork Burgers

  1. In a medium bowl combine onion, peanuts, cilantro,ginger, 3 cloves of garlic, red pepper, and salt.
  2. Add pork and mix well.
  3. shape into 4 patties.
  4. brush patties with sesame oil, cover and set aside.
  5. In a small bowl combine chili sauce, peanut butter, and 1 clove of garlic, set aside.
  6. For a charcoal grill: place patties on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals.
  7. grill for 10 to 13 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160 degrees F., turning halfway through grilling.
  8. For gas grill: preheat grill.
  9. Reduce heat to medium.
  10. Place patties on grill rack of heat.
  11. Cover;grill as above.
  12. Toast rolls.
  13. For each serving, place bok choy on roll bottom.
  14. top with a patty, sauce, additional chopped peanuts, and the bun top.
