Ten Layer Jello Salad Or Rainbow Salad Recipe
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages lemon Jello
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages lime Jello
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages orange Jello
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages strawberry Jello
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages black cherry Jello
- 3 (12 ounce.) cans Carnation evaporated lowfat milk
- Dissolve 1 package lemon Jello with 3/4 c. boiling water.
- Add in 3/4 c. Carnation lowfat milk and mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Let set for 1 hour or possibly more.
- Dissolve the other package of lemon Jello with 3/4 c. boiling water.
- Add in 3/4 c. cool water and mix well.
- Pour over first layer.
- Let set for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs.
- Repeat layers 1 and 2, using the lime, orange, strawberry, and black cherry Jello, making a total of 10 layers.
- Unmold to serve.
