Steak And Vegetable Kabobs
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 2 to 3 cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary (dried)
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1/2 lb. whole fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 c. cherry tomatoes
- 2 medium onions, cut into wedges
- 2 small bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- In large resealable bag, combine ketchup, oil, vinegar, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce; set aside. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes (trim fat off if necessary). Add meat and vegetables to ketchup marinade. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight.
