Smoky Brisket Recipe

  1. Place brisket in dish.
  2. Combine other ingredients and pour over meat.
  3. Marinate for 24 hrs.
  4. Reserve 1/4 to 1/2 c. of marinade; pour off the rest.
  5. Place brisket along with reserved marinade in foil, wrap.
  6. Cook in shallow baking dish for 4-5 hrs at 300 degrees.
