Creamed Green Chili Rice
- 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream reduced by 1/2
- 2 poblanos, roasted, skins removed, and chopped
- 3 scallions, sliced
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- In a medium serving bowl add the rice, reduced cream and the poblanos.
- Garnish with scallions and cilantro and serve.
