Mexican Beef and Bean Casserole
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cans (16 Oz Each) Pinto Beans
- 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cups Mild Or Medium Chunky Style Salsa
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheese
- 1.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Brown the ground beef over medium heat; when its browned, drain grease.
- 3.
- Rinse and drain beans in a strainer.
- 4.
- Mix beef, beans, tomato sauce, salsa, and chili powder in an ungreased baking dish.
- 5.
- Cover with lid (or aluminum foil) and bake for 40 minutes.
- 6.
- Remove the lid (or aluminum foil) and sprinkle cheese on top.
- 7.
- Continue baking uncovered for about 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
