Mexican Beef and Bean Casserole

  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  4. Brown the ground beef over medium heat; when its browned, drain grease.

  6. Rinse and drain beans in a strainer.

  8. Mix beef, beans, tomato sauce, salsa, and chili powder in an ungreased baking dish.

  10. Cover with lid (or aluminum foil) and bake for 40 minutes.

  14. Continue baking uncovered for about 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
