Brandied Philly Cream

• 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 lemon rind, grated Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1 tablespoon apricot brandy or brandy and apricot nectar

1. Beat Philly* until smooth, stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Serve as accompaniment to fresh fruit, fruit salad and desserts.
