Dinner Club Enchiladas Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine soups, lowfat sour cream, and tomatoes.
  3. Heat thoroughly, brown grnd beef; drain.
  4. Add in taco seasoning mix.
  5. Dip tortillas in warm soup mix and fill with meat, cheese and onion.
  6. Roll.
  7. Place in 13 x 9 inch greased casserole.
  8. Pour remaining soup mix over enchiladas.
  9. Bake 20 to 30 min.
  10. Top with remaining 1 c. of cheese and return to oven to heat.
