Indian Carrots
- 1 ounce butter
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 lb carrot, sliced thin
- 1 potato, sliced
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 14 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 12 teaspoon turmeric
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- melt oil with butter
- add spices
- add veggies
- fry 5 minutes
- add water
- cover
- cook 5 minutes until cooked
- top with cilantro.
