Yogurt Sauce #2

• 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
• 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
• 1/4 cup crisply cooked, crumbled bacon

1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for yogurt sauce.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
