Maas Brothers Florentine Salad Recipe

• 1 pkg. lemon Jello
• 1 c. warm water
• 1 pkg. spinach, minced, (10 ounce.)
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 c. cottage cheese, large curd
• 1/4 tbsp. vinegar
• 1/2 c. celery, minced
• 1 tbsp. onion, minced

1. Dissolve Jello in warm water.
2. Refrigeratetill partially set.
3. Add in thawed raw spinach, mayonnaise, cottage cheese, vinegar, celery and onion.
4. Pour into a dish and chill till set.
