Chocolate Dipped Butter Drop Cookies Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tbsp. lowfat milk
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 c. flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
• 1 teaspoon Crisco
• 1 c. chocolate chips

1. Cream Crisco till fluffy.
2. Beat in sugar.
3. Add in egg and vanilla.
4. Blend well.
5. Stir in lowfat milk.
6. Stir in dry ingredients.
7. Mix well.
8. Bake 7-9 min on greased sheets.
9. Brush with melted Crisco.
10. Cold.
11. Heat Crisco and chocolate chips.
12. Dip one end of cookie in chocolate.
13. Cold on racks.
14. These look pretty when pushed through a spritzer to "finger" shapes.
