Blue Cheese Buffalo Burgers

  1. Add desired amount of salt, and pepper with chopped meat.
  2. Add Maria's blue cheese (do not use more than 2 tablespoons or meat will get mushy).
  3. Mix well; shape into burgers.
  4. Broil half way.
  5. You can also add crumbled blue cheese.
  6. In frying pan, make Franks hot sauce according to back of bottle.
  7. Add 1/2 cooked burgers to sauce.
  8. Poke with fork as cooking to allow the meat to absorb sauce.
  9. Cook about 10-15 minutes.
  10. Add to buns and top burger with extra sauce and Maria's blue cheese and enjoy.
  11. I feed a family of 5.
  12. I usually get about 8 burgers, depending on how big you make them.
  13. This goes great with a bloomin' onion.
  14. You can also use leftover fried chicken cutlets--just add to sauce.
