Adovado Carne (Marinated Strip Steak) Recipe

• 11/2 c. Chili pwdr, (Santa Cruz is prefered)
• 4 Tbsp. Crushed garlic
• 6 ounce Fresh lime juice
• 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
• 6 x Well trimmed New York Strips cut to, (14-oz) 2-inch thick
• Salt and freshly grnd pepper

1. Combine all ingredients to create a paste.
2. NEW YORK STRIP:Salt and pepper the meat.
3. Rub liberally with adovado marinade.
4. Grill to desired temperature.
