Baseline Moonshine
- Hum liqueur
- 1 ounce St. Germain liqueur
- 2 kumquats
- 2 ounces infused White Whiskey (1 part sliced kumquats to 3 parts white whiskey then add 1 star anise roasted for 15 seconds over high heat for every liter of white whiskey)
- Fill cup with ice.
- Cut slices of fresh kumquats.
- Shake white whiskey, St. Germain and splash of Hum liqueur.
- Top with ginger beer.
