Slow Cooker Swiss Steak

  1. Place onion and garlic in bottom of slow cooker.
  2. Dredge steak in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. Shake off excess flour.
  4. Place steak in slow cooker.
  5. Add tomatoes with juice.
  6. Cover with tomatoe soup.
  7. Add potatoes, peas and carrots, celery.
  8. Cover; cook on high 4 to 6 hours or until meat and potatoes are tender.
