Sweet and Sour Chicken
- 1 Chicken breast or thigh
- 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 4 cm Whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/3 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Light brown sesame seeds
- 1 Olive oil
- 1 Flour
- Combine all of the seasonings in a plastic bag, add the sliced chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Dust the surface of the chicken with flour, then cook in a frying pan with olive oil.

- Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked, add the sweet vinegar sauce and mix.
- It's done once the sauce comes to a boil.
- The sweet and sour taste whets the appetite.
