Spinach Dip Stuffed Cajun Chicken Breast

  1. Preheat oven to 350AF.
  2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese into a bowl and stir until combined.
  3. Mix bread crumbs and Cajun Seasoning on a plate or shallow bowl.
  4. Pound chicken until flat.
  5. Dip chicken into breadcrumb mix on both sides until coated.
  6. Place cream cheese mixture in the center and spread.
  7. Roll up chicken and secure with tooth picks.
  8. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes or until done.
  9. Serve with your favorite sides!
