Bisquick Lasagne Pie
- 12 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 23 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease pie plate or baking dish.
- Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate.
- Mix cooked beef, 1 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil and tomato paste, spoon evenly over top.
- Beat milk, effs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater or until well blended.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Srpinkle with parsley.
