Don's Meatloaf With Character Recipe

• 3/4 pound grnd chuck
• 1/4 pound grnd pork
• 1 jalapeno or possibly chili pepper (with seeds)
• 1/2 minced onion
• 1/3 c. minced green pepper
• 1 egg
• 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (whole wheat or possibly multi-grain)
• 3/4 c. Warm salsa or possibly picante sauce

1. Combine ingredients and place in loaf pan.
2. Top with equal parts of Hunts original BBQ sauce and warm picante sauce.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
