Delicious Tomato Soup
- 13 tomatos
- 3 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 leeks
- 3 carrots
- 1 large union
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cubes instant broth/bouillon
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove
- Cut the carrots, union, leeks and garlic.
- Stove with the butter.
- Boil some water, cut a cross in the skin of the tomatoes and poach them for about half a minute, until you can see the skin coming loose.
- peel the tomatoes and cut them in pieces.
- Stir the vegetables and add some of the poaching water of the tomatoes to allow the vegetables to boil until they are soft.
- Add the two cubes of bouillon and the tomato puree to the vegetables.
- Add the tomatoes and let the entire thing simmer for twenty minutes on a low heath.
- taste and season!
- Puree everything together and enjoy
