Golden Rhubarb Pie Recipe

  1. Combine flour, sugar, slightly beaten egg yolks, butter, orange juice and rind to rhubarb.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till thickened.
  3. Pour into baked pie shell.
  4. Beat egg whites with 2 Tbsp.
  5. sugar till stiff peaks form.
  6. Spread over rhubarb.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees till meringue is brown.
