Napa Cabbage With Orange Peel

• 1 tsp oil
• 4 cup shreded napa cabbage
• 1 large onion
• 1 cup any stock
• 1 cup spring onion
• 1 bunch thinly slice fresh orange strip
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp light soy sauce

1. with oil lightly sautee onion then add napa cabbage and stock bring it to a boil
2. simmer for 5 minute or more depending on preference softness
3. add seasoning and off heat top garnish
