- 200 grams Pork offcuts (thin slices also OK)
- 1 bunch Garlic shoots (or onions, etc)
- 2 1/2 - 3 tablespoons Ebara Yakiniku Sauce
- 1 dash Sesame oil
- 1 Onions or sesame (if you have, decorative)
- Wash the garlic shoots and cut into 4 cm.
- Fry the pork in a heated frying pan.
- Once the pork has browned, add garlic shoots and saute.
- Once the shoots have a lightly cooked color, add the sauce.
- Finish with a bit of sesame oil and it's complete.
- Also nice with sliced onions and sesame as a topping.
- I tried making this with beef and chives.
- Green onions, onions, and cabbage are also delicious.
