For Summer! Pork Offcuts & Garlic Shoots Stamina Stir Fry

  1. Wash the garlic shoots and cut into 4 cm.
  2. Fry the pork in a heated frying pan.
  3. Once the pork has browned, add garlic shoots and saute.
  4. Once the shoots have a lightly cooked color, add the sauce.
  5. Finish with a bit of sesame oil and it's complete.
  6. Also nice with sliced onions and sesame as a topping.
  7. I tried making this with beef and chives.
  8. Green onions, onions, and cabbage are also delicious.
