Asian Chicken Pasta Salad
- 2 cups fusilli pasta, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed, blanched
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup Renee's Asian Sesame Vinaigrette
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
- Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette and soy sauce in large bowl.
- Mix vinaigrette and soy sauce until blended.
- Add to pasta mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
