Turkey Cheese Pita
- 2 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 4 slices , cut into strips
- 4 oz. VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, sliced, cut into strips
- 1/4 medium red onion, slivered
- 12 medium size fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups red or green grapes
- 32 oz. nonfat yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- SPREAD each pita evenly with 1/2 tsp.
- mustard; top with 1/2 cup spinach.
- Cover with 1 slice turkey bologna and 1/4 each of the VELVEETA LIGHT, onions and mushrooms.
- Microwave each sandwich on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until VELVEETA LIGHT begins to melt.
- Enjoy 1 cup grapes and 1 cup yogurt sprinkled with 1 Tbsp.
- almonds per person for dessert.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
