Filet Mignon with Pasilla Chile Bbq Sauce

• 16 ounces beef, filet mignon 4 steaks
• 1 1/2 cups new mexicostyle bbq sauce
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

1. Mix all ingredients well and marinate filets for 1 hour.
2. Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let burn down to embers.
3. Remove filets from BBQ sauce and cook on grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
